The Association has been founded in 2004 with the purpose of forming a forum for safeguarding of interests, with the participation of Work Agencies, that is able to represent and promote the segment’s issues.
Our members are companies dealing with temporary staffing, recruitment or executive search, and operate in this segment for more than 3 years prosperously.
The most common aim of our association is to be decisive in arguments, disputes, related to ethical, professional questions, thus enabling the operation of socially accepted, fair and developing labour-market in Hungary.
The other important aspect of our activity is building up an extensive international relation system, primarily with organizations in neighbouring and EU member states. As first step, the SZTMSZ became the member of CIETT (International Confederation of Private Employment Agencies) and EUROCIETT (European Confederation of Private Employment Agencies ).
